We had our field trip to Longwood Gardens today. The weather was perfect. Breezy, partly cloudy, and not hot and humid. This morning the two second grades joined the two first and two kindergartens on a trip to the University of Delaware (I HATE Delaware, I just had to say it) to see Snow White. The field trip to Longwood Gardens today was successful. I was convinced everyone would be completely bored by 10am (we got there before 9:30am) but they all seemed to really enjoy themselves. The seniors who are doing student teaching next semester all had to go on this dumbass field trip to Valley Forge Park today.
